Tools & Skills Needed to Access The Akashic Records
The Ability to Meditate Effectively
This can be either silent meditation and/or active meditation such as chanting.
I.e. Tibetan silent meditation techniques, Formal Zazen, Chanting Nam-myoho-renge-kyo, etc……
The ability to visualize ideas and think using these visualizations, instead of spoken or written language
Self Teaching Instructions, in a picture & symbol language, that explains how these records are to be accessed.
I.e., the catalog in question; a well constructed Mandala or Tarot cards used to construct such a Mandala.
The Tarot card decks commonly used for fortune telling, work quite well for this purpose, and have more flexibility than a static Mandala.

The tarot is a set of cards featuring 21 trump cards and one special card called "The Fool", in addition to the usual suit (face and pip) cards found in ordinary playing cards. Tarot cards are used throughout much of Europe to play Tarot card games. In English-speaking countries, where the games are largely unknown, Tarot cards came to be utilized primarily for divinatory purposes |
Suggested Method for Acquiring, (Learning), these Tools & Skills
Attend a meditation group and learn to meditate.
I.e., Meet with members of the Sokka Gakki, (http://www.sgi-usa.org/), and learn to chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo
Obtain a minimum of four very different Tarot decks with 78 cards, 22 Major Arcana and 56 Minor cards divided into 4 suits of 13 cards each.
The decks need to have vastly different themes and use different imagery.
Study and learn the 22 Major & 56 Minor ideas that each author and/or artist of each deck used and felt was appropriate.
While meditating, use the knowledge you gained from studying the ideas associated with the different cards and decks to assemble a single 78 card deck, (from the various decks).
Then arrange the cards in this 78 card deck so that they form a logical progression, (similar to the way you would teach a child to arrange a set of pictures to form a story); adjust which cards you used to create this deck as necessary.
The resulting 78 card Tarot deck needs to be one that you personally understand.
Using the unique deck you have assembled and the knowledge you acquired in the process create story boards using at least 22 of the 78 cards for each story to clearly express the ideas in the story.
During this story board creation process, you need to learn to visualize ideas and think using these visualizations instead of spoken or written language.
Meditating while you do this speeds up the learning process and facilitates a clear and deep understanding of the picture and symbol language that the Tarot represents.
Practice putting the cards together to form a story until:
1. This process requires no conscious thought and becomes easy.
2. You become proficient in thinking in symbols and pictures instead of language.
When you have assembled your tools, (your unique Tarot deck), and mastered these skills; the next step is to use combinations of the cards to create a Mandala that represents an idea about which you would like to learn more. |
